The night before the storm

I talked with my good friend pokerplayer7. From a small guy he has turned into a real person. 135 pounds to 155 of muscle now after extreme dedication and hard work. Now it's my turn

The whole idea of this is lot's of training 2600 calories (clean) a day. And 300 minutes of cardio a week. 3 hiit sessions a week.

I'm at 210 right now, i'm not stopping till i get to 160. that's 50 pounds. I'm ready for a new life and i'm willing to fight and claw to get there. Wish me luck
